Joseph C. Talbot, D.D.,
Bishop of Indiana. Held charges as assistant missionary or rector in the Episcopal Dioceses of Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Maryland and District of Columbia; was Archdeacon of West Florida, 1895-7; Chaplain of Ancon Hospital, Canal Zone, Panama, 1911; now (1913) Curate of St. Paul's Chapel, Baltimore, Md.
